Effective July 1, 2023 the City of Indian Wells renewed its contract with Tripepi Smith for citywide communications services for an additional five years. A Tripepi Smith client since 2018, the renewed agreement will last through June 30, 2028. This is the longest-term contract Tripepi Smith has made with a client to date.

“Our team has enjoyed working with the Indian Wells City staff to enhance communications over the past five years. We appreciate the opportunity to continue our partnership, which enables us to build upon the strong foundation we have set with their team,” said Tripepi Smith President Ryder Todd Smith. “This contract renewal is a reflection of all that has been accomplished thus far and we will continue to partner with City staff to deliver high-quality materials that embody the values of Indian Wells.”

Multiple Tripepi Smith team members work with the City to provide social media management, graphic design support, website content updates, monthly dashboard metrics reports, news articles, press releases, editorial calendar maintenance and newsletter production, among other services. The team is currently led by Director Cameron Grimm, with support from Business Analyst Kaetlyn Hernandez and Junior Business Analyst Abby Wolf

“Tripepi Smith has helped improve our outreach and engagement efforts with various resident groups. We are proud of our partnership and all that has been accomplished,” said Chris Freeland, City Manager. “The team at Tripepi Smith always delivers high-quality written content, graphic design and video and photo work that are of great benefit to our residents. Extending the contract so that we may continue serving our community to the best of our abilities was an easy decision.”

Indian Wells first looked to Tripepi Smith in 2018 to complete an express Communications Assessment that provided significant insights into how the City communicated with its residents. This led to the City enlisting Tripepi Smith later that year to provide retainer communications and marketing support.
