Rebecca Silva-Barron joins the City of Bell as Deputy Director of Community Services
Rebecca Silva-Barron joined the City of Bell as its first Deputy Director of Community Services following a thorough recruitment process led by TS Talent Solutions. Silva-Barron comes to the City of Bell from the City of Sierra Madre, where she served as Community Services Manager for seven years, following her 23 years of experience at the City of Montebello. Silva-Barron brings a wealth of experience to her new role with over 30 years of experience in local government. In her new role, she will take on grant projects for park construction, lead two future large park projects and handle specific projects and operations to support the Director of Community Services.
