Jessie Arvizu is a visionary Senior Designer and Art Director driven by the power of design to shape culture and spark connection. With over a decade of experience leading creative for iconic brands like Monster Energy, Toyota, Microsoft and Liquid I.V., she brings bold ideas to life with precision and purpose. At the crossroads of strategy and storytelling, she inspires teams, pushes boundaries, and crafts visuals that elevate brands and move audiences. She holds a B.S. in Graphic Design from The Art Institute of California, Orange County.
Kalee Cummings, a Senior Business Analyst at Tripepi Smith residing in the Bay Area, brings a wealth of experience in public policy, non-profit management and marketing strategy. Having quickly ascended from Junior Business Analyst to Business Analyst to her current role, Kalee excels in client management, narrative crafting and community engagement, tailoring solutions to meet diverse client needs. At the core of her proficiency lies her talent for devising innovative communication strategies and producing creative and targeted content. Additionally, Kalee is a key member of the Tripepi Smith Cloud Webmaster team and spearheads strategy and operations for Tripepi Smith Media Intelligence services, leveraging her expertise in web development, data analysis and market research to deliver invaluable insights to clients.
Kalee holds a bachelor’s degree in government from Claremont McKenna College, with a focus on public policy and organization, complemented by a sequence in data science. Her commitment to professional growth is underscored by her certifications, including Google Ads Display Certification, Meltwater Social Listening with Explore: Advanced, Meltwater Boolean: Advanced and Sprout Social Platform Certification.
Kalee’s clients have included municipalities such as American Canyon, Napa, St. Helena, El Cerrito, Orinda, Healdsburg, Windsor, San Pablo, Atherton, Livermore Area Recreation and Parks District, Dixon, Lancaster and Laguna Hills, as well as esteemed organizations like Pivot Charter Schools and the Center for Public Safety Management.
Lisa Northup is a Senior Accountant at Tripepi Smith, where she leads accounting services for the firm’s association management clients and supports internal financial operations. A licensed CPA in California, Lisa brings extensive experience in accounting, financial analysis and reporting. She began her career in the Business Assurance group at PricewaterhouseCoopers and holds a BA from Colgate University and an MBA from the University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business.
Kendall Lowery is a capable analyst and communicator with a wide range of skills, including content strategy, writing and website management. With a bachelor’s degree in economics and writing & rhetoric from Scripps College, Kendall is passionate about crafting concise, informative and accessible communication. She has honed her skills at organizations ranging from the Long Beach Post to online grocer Thrive Market, and has become a thorough researcher, a keen editor and a skillful webpage developer.
Kendall is a certified Hootsuite Social Marketing Professional and Public Entity Claims Professional. Her clients include the City of Ojai, Clean Energy Alliance and the California JPIA.
Avi Vemuri is a detail-oriented, analytical thinker with a background in data analytics, project management, and marketing. He graduated from Claremont Mckenna College with a degree in Economics, and a sequence in Computer Science. While at Claremont Mckenna, Avi gained experience as an IT Project Management Intern at Farmers Insurance and served as a Growth Marketing Manager for the food delivery startup EnvoyNow. These experiences helped drive a strong passion for marketing and project management. After graduating, Avi taught Computer Science and served as the Head Tennis Coach at The Hill School, an independent boarding school in Eastern Pennsylvania. This experience helped cultivate both his leadership and analytical skills.

Claire Blodget is a skilled communicator with a diverse background in research, translation, and marketing. She graduated from the University of California, Santa Barbara with a degree in Global Studies and minors in Labor Studies and Portuguese. With this academic background, she holds a thorough understanding of the intersection between social, political, environmental and economic processes which affect our institutions and society. As an undergraduate, Claire developed her research abilities writing case studies for the Global Studies Department and strengthened her marketing skills as an Experiential Marketing Coordinator for Shabang Music Productions. Following her graduation, Claire became a Social Media & Marketing Intern for Movido, a wellness brand, whilst teaching English in Alicante, Spain through the North American Language and Culture Assistant Program (NALCAP).
Flor Porras is a hard-working individual with a passion for driving meaningful work. She graduated from California State University, Fullerton, with a Bachelor of Arts in Communications. With a strong background in marketing and public affairs, she has gained hands-on experience with content creation, writing, and media analysis. During her time as a student, she developed her marketing skills through her internship at the U.S Department of Agriculture, where she collaborated alongside deputy directors to streamline communication efforts and craft tailored messages effectively.
