Junior Business Analyst Mia Valenzuela Joins Tripepi Smith In Historic Company Onboarding
On June 26, 2023, Tripepi Smith welcomed Mia Valenzuela to the team as a new Junior Business Analyst. She was a part of the largest onboarding event in company history, being introduced along with seven other new hires and 16 total new starts over the summer of 2023. She will work remotely from the Bay Area.

As an Orange County native, and being raised by public servants in the City of Tustin and Anaheim, I feel honored to have the opportunity to use my communications background to work within local government,” said Mia. “I’m looking forward to making an impact in the California public sector and beyond through the work we do, and I can’t wait to do so alongside such kind and talented people!”
Mia’s communication, interpersonal and administrative skills have been honed through a life of experience in the creative and performing arts. She is a recent graduate of Scripps College where she received a B.A. in English with a concentration in creative writing and a minor in philosophy. She further developed her leadership and organizational experience as president of the Ninth Street Hooligans, a Claremont Colleges A Cappella group, in which she coordinated events, advertising, member recruitment, rehearsals and performances between 15 members with audiences of up to 2500 such as at the Southern California A Cappella Music Festival.
