Max Weirauch headshotTripepi Smith is pleased to welcome Max Weirauch, a German native, as the newest member of its team. Max has joined as a Junior Website Developer, bringing his expertise and passion for creating accessible and user-friendly public websites. He will work remotely from San Diego County.

“I am truly appreciative of the trust and opportunity provided to me with this new role, and I am excited to maintain and build public websites that are accessible to all,” said Max. “It is evident that the Tripepi Smith team is composed of individuals with technical acumen, positivity, dedication and friendliness. I look forward to working alongside them and delivering exceptional websites for our clients.”

A graduate of Claremont McKenna College, Max pursued studies in economics and German studies. He actively contributed to the college community as a resident assistant, Diversity and Inclusion CARE Fellow, and student worker at the Office of Admission. Additionally, Max participated in various on-campus clubs, including the Claremont Marketing Group.

Following his graduation, Max joined True Search, a fast-growing executive search and talent management company. At True Search, Max played a pivotal role in identifying and recruiting top-tier C-level executives for venture capital and private equity-backed companies. With his strong passion for communication and marketing, Max is thrilled to leverage Tripepi Smith’s expertise in local government and contribute to the development of user-friendly and professional websites.

“Max’s skills are a valuable addition to our website management team. Websites have been a core intersection of the marketing, technology and public affairs practice areas that undergird the firm’s success. Tripepi Smith website clients expect that when they have a technical need, they can get a human on the phone to solve their problems, and Max is giving us the additional capacity to sustain that level of top-tier client service as we continue to add website clients,” said President Ryder Todd Smith.

Tripepi Smith has been developing websites on the WordPress content management system for over ten years. It hosts nearly 200 websites on a top-tier WordPress dedicated solution provider and offers white-glove customer service for its clients. In 2022, Tripepi Smith launched a Cloud Webmaster service that goes beyond website hosting and offers website content management services for public agencies who use common proprietary hosting platforms such as Granicus, CivicPlus or Revize.

“Cloud Webmaster Services are a game changer for public agencies who often have too few people internally who know how to use all the features of their feature-riffic and expensive website solutions. Tripepi Smith helps public agencies get the most out of their website investments,” noted Ryder.
