Tripepi Smith Promotes Karen Villaseñor to Senior Business Analyst
Tripepi Smith is pleased to announce the promotion of Karen Villaseñor to Senior Business Analyst. Her promotions reflect both her significant personal career growth and the growing market presence of Tripepi Smith. In the past two years, Tripepi Smith has doubled its revenue and the size of the team as it responded to increased market demands for communication services.

Karen joined the Tripepi Smith team in 2017 as a recent graduate from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona (Cal Poly Pomona). She had also interned at the City of Walnut and was introduced to Tripepi Smith through her role at the City.
Karen has developed deep skills in social media marketing and community choice energy policy. Her client work includes CalChoice, Clean Energy Alliance, Pomona Choice Energy, City of American Canyon, City of Hercules and Santa Clarita Valley Water. Karen has achieved several certifications in her career at Tripepi Smith including Hootsuite Social Media Marketing, Google Analytics, Google Advertising and Facebook Blueprint.
