Jacob Lyle Earns Meltwater Certifications for Crisis & Risk Management
Junior Business Analyst Jacob Lyle, member of the Tripepi Smith Media Intelligence Services team, has earned a new Meltwater Academy credential in crisis and issues communications. This expertise will empower him to better support Tripepi Smith’s clients in the event of an emergency.

The Agency Specialist Certification Level I: Crisis & Issues Communication Certificate provides advanced training on media monitoring, media relations and reporting in the Meltwater platform. Meltwater is an enterprise-class, comprehensive media monitoring solution. To receive the certification, Jacob completed the Public Relations Agency, Media monitoring with Explore: Foundations, PR Media Relations with Meltwater and Creating Custom Dashboard with Meltwater courses and passed a comprehensive exam with a score of 80% or higher.
Jacob has also completed coursework on Creating Boolean for Crisis & Risk Management, which provided training on creating Boolean searches for crisis scenarios.
