Culver City Renews Engagement with Tripepi Smith

Continuing their 7-year partnership, Culver City renewed its contract with Tripepi Smith to June of 2026 with two optional add-on years. Since 2016, Tripepi Smith has delivered communication support for social media, graphic design, media relations and training. Tripepi Smith has also assisted the City with four ballot measure education efforts and provides support for its Rent Control & Tenant Protections and Transportation initiatives. Most recently, the City tapped Tripepi Smith to craft its Popular Annual Finance Report (PAFR), a comprehensive report for the community that makes city finances transparent and easier to understand.

From social media platforms to blogs, the online landscape is constantly expanding and has opened up many new conversation channels. The City, reflecting its creative constituency, has evolved how it meets the community where it is,” said Senior Business Analyst Saara Lampwalla. “Tripepi Smith is able to offer a whole team with a spectrum of skills that deliver for the City. Renewing our agreement in Culver City is the best endorsement we can have for our partnership.”

The scope of the renewal includes services such as social media management, media monitoring and metrics reporting for the City’s various online platforms, with a team led by Principal Jon Barilone, Saara, Business Analyst Skyler Addison and Junior Business Analyst Morgan Mock.
