Charlie Mounts Promoted to Business Analyst
Tripepi Smith is pleased to announce the promotion of Charlie Mounts to Business Analyst. Charlie joined the Tripepi Smith team in July 2021, and his promotion–which takes effect January 3, 2023– reflects his expanded knowledge of the local government sector and his proven ability to deliver tangible results for our clients.

Charlie graduated from Claremont Mckenna College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Government and a minor in Leadership Studies. He was a top student, earning Cum Laude honors recognition, Government departmental honors, and was the recipient of the 2021 Philip Roland Prize for best senior thesis in public policy and public administration.
During Charlie’s tenure at Tripepi Smith he has demonstrated his ability to perform on various types of accounts, ranging from city clients, government associations, private sector law firms, energy agencies and more. In particular, he has become a subject matter expert in the complex arena of Community Choice Aggregation (CCA), advancing renewable energy programs in cities throughout the state. Not only has he proved himself as a team leader, but he is a hard worker who brings a contagious positive attitude. Since joining the team, he has also expanded his technical skill sets, becoming certified on multiple platforms including Google Ads, Hootsuite Social Marketing, Sprout Social, and Constant Contact.
