TSA Attends in CUEMA Leadership Summit
On Friday, Sept. 11, 2015, water district leaders from around the state gathered for the California Utility Executive Management Association’s (CUEMA) 5th Annual Leadership Summit in San Diego. During the three day summit, Ryder Todd Smith, President of Tripepi Smith & Associates, and Junior Business Analyst Sara Appel, joined utility managers and staff as they learned about best practices in creating sustainable and efficient organizations. Some of the topics covered during the event included win-win conflict resolution, workforce development, and board room relations.
