Tripepi Smith to Attend MMANC Women’s Leadership Summit
Tripepi Smith Business Analysts Kalee Cummings and Melanie Moore will be joining the Municipal Management Association of Northern California (MMANC) in Oakland for their Women’s Leadership Summit on May 18, 2023.
The Tripepi Smith team will not only participate in the conference as attendees but will also be sponsoring a post-event happy hour at Mad Oak and a networking mixer at the Lake Chalet.
“As a woman in business, I am eager for the opportunity to build relationships with other influential women,” said Melanie. “I have attended previous MMANC events and always leave having met wonderful people and learned something new. This leadership summit will be a perfect chance to hear from top women leaders in the local government space.”
This year’s conference theme is “Journey to Leadership” and will feature networking events and presentations on topics such as success, breaking the glass ceiling, self-advocacy and more.
“It’s an honor to be attending the MMANC Women’s Leadership Summit this year,” said Kalee. “I am well acquainted with the Bay Area, currently calling it home, and I am excited to continue to develop and foster relationships with the women in local government in that area.”
