TS Releases Video Series on Company Culture

“We want existing clients and prospective talent to get to know our team, values and culture at Tripepi Smith, so we put together a video series highlighting who we are,” said Cameron Grimm, Senior Business Analyst at Tripepi Smith.

Tripepi Smith, an Orange County-based marketing-technology-public affairs firm, recently released a series of 14 videos that spotlight each team member and tell the company’s story.

“Video is such an important component of communications,” said Ryder Todd Smith, President. “The ‘Meet Tripepi Smith’ series provides a behind-the-scenes look at the team members who execute for Tripepi Smith’s clients. This video showcases who we are and explains why we get fired up about our work for local governments. We aren’t just an email form on a website, we are real people that strive to do the best we can by our clients.”

The process of producing the videos included storyboarding, scheduling, filming over the course of four days and dozens of hours editing. All of the work was done in-house by Cameron Grimm, Tripepi Smith’s resident video producer.

“Since joining the team at Tripepi Smith, I have discovered that Tripepi Smith is a different kind of company, and this video series demonstrates that,” said Cameron. “Ryder and Nicole created a team that values honesty, hard work and learning. These digital stories illustrate those values and showcase what our team is about.”

In addition to learning more about team members’ favorite projects, past work experience and future goals, viewers can learn what it’s like to work virtually, what it takes to succeed as a team member at Tripepi Smith and what it means to work for a company with a consistent mantra of “always be learning.”

“‘Always be learning’ speaks to personal growth. Our team keeps up on trends when it comes to social media, marketing, website development, videography and photography. We invest heavily in tools and training opportunities so that we can stay on the cutting edge and translate that learning into the work we do for our clients,” commented Jon Barilone, director.
