Renne Public Management Group Taps Tripepi Smith to Enhance Conference Presence with New Materials

Renne Public Management Group LogoRenne Public Management Group (RPMG) engaged Tripepi Smith to assist in its preparation for the California Public Employers Labor Relations Association (CALPELRA) Conference with the creation of new, spot-varnished business cards  and a new client page for their website.

The business cards have a sleek design that reflects the group’s brand. They were printed on a soft-touch paper with raised spot varnish on the circular logo on the back. Executive Director Nelson Fialho chose to use the circular logo to reinforce RPMG’s relationship with partner firms Renne Public Law Group (RPLG) and Renne Public Policy Group (RPPG). The three organizations work together to provide wraparound legal, consulting and lobbying services to their municipal clients. The business cards were designed by Senior Business Analyst Melanie James, with assistance from Business Analyst Charlie Mounts and Junior Business Analyst Kendall Lowery.

“Tripepi Smith understands how design can reinforce and elevate an organization’s mission and market presence,” said RPMG Executive Director Nelson Fialho. “The materials played an important role in enhancing our conference presence.”

In addition to the business cards and client page, Tripepi Smith created a new pop-up banner and a freestanding sign that were displayed at RPLG’s booth at the event. The signage was designed to illustrate RPMG’s service offerings and to advertise the presence of three new staff members who maintain close relationships with CALPELRA.

To support RPLG and RPMG’s staff with speaking engagements, Creative Director Kevin Bostwick designed a buck-slip-sized handout that featured descriptions of each presentation and panel. He also developed a business-card-sized invitation that welcomed attendees to a reception hosted by the firm. These materials were reinforced digitally, sent via email and posted on social media.

“The Renne Public Law Group brand is clean and intentional,” said Bostwick. “They bring similar intentionality to their conference materials, understanding how that translates to confidence in their effective, responsive and creative legal solutions.”

Since RPLG’s founding in 2018, the firm has worked closely with Tripepi Smith as its sole provider of communications services, creating branded collateral and establishing a strong marketing presence in California’s municipal law sector.
