Renne Public Law Group Enlists Tripepi Smith to Develop Marketing Materials for 2022 CALPELRA Conference
In November 2022, Renne Public Law Group (RPLG) called on longtime partner Tripepi Smith to assist with developing promotional materials for the 2022 California Public Employers Labor Relations Association (CALPELRA) Annual Conference. Since RPLG’s founding in 2018, the firm has worked closely with Tripepi Smith to bolster communications, create branded collateral and establish a robust presence on the local government conference circuit.

Principal Katherine Griffiths and Business Analyst Charlie Mounts created a variety of promotional materials leading up to the conference, including social media posts with animated graphics, email announcements with dynamic GIFs and a news article covering details about RPLG’s speaking engagements during the three-day event.
Most notably, Tripepi Smith’s Creative Director Kevin Bostwick produced a hand-drawn illustration to use for an elevator wrap in the conference building. Between sessions, conference participants were reminded of RPLG’s commitment to public service each time they traveled to a new floor. The elevator wrap was designed in line with the music-oriented conference theme: #CLUBCALPELRA. Sticking with the theme, Tripepi Smith also facilitated a raffle to give away a pair of Bose headphones as part of a campaign to reward RPLG’s most-engaged social media followers.
Junior Business Analyst Jenni Wechsler also created a five-minute video reel to display at RPLG’s conference booth, highlighting RPLG’s leadership, culture and accolades.
