Tripepi Smith Sponsors CMC Rose Institute
Tripepi Smith President Ryder Todd Smith has been elected Vice-Chair of the Rose Institute of State and Local Government. The Rose Institute runs deep in Ryder’s history where, as a college student at Claremont McKenna College, he worked for the Institute throughout his time in college. In addition to fulfilling his role on the Board of Governors, Ryder and Tripepi Smith Chief Financial Officer Nicole Smith (a Claremont McKenna College alumna), provide financial support for the College directed at the Rose Institute.

Tripepi Smith also recognizes the value of the Rose Institute with its hiring practices. Junior Business Analyst Bryn Miller–one of the newest members of the team at Tripepi Smith–is a graduate of Claremont McKenna College and former Rose Institute student. Bryn served as the design team manager and research assistant. She joined Tripepi Smith in August after graduating in May 2019.
