Tripepi Smith Partners with City of Napa on State of the City Report

Napa LogoSince 2020, the City of Napa has partnered with Tripepi Smith to produce its annual State of the City reports. These reports serve as a cornerstone of transparency, providing residents with a comprehensive overview of annual accomplishments and upcoming initiatives.

Tripepi Smith collaborates closely with Napa’s communications team to craft these reports, focusing on strategic content development and engaging graphic design to ensure clarity and impact. Led by Business Analyst Kalee Cummings, alongside Senior Business Analyst Kaitlyn Wu and Junior Business Analyst Abby Wolf, the team brings a wealth of expertise to the State of the City project. Junior Graphic Designer Jenna Haubruge led the design process for the latest report, contributing her creativity to visually represent Napa’s achievements effectively.

“The annual State of the City report is a testament to our commitment to keeping Napa’s residents informed about the city’s progress, highlighting the crucial role of storytelling in fostering civic engagement,” said Napa Community Relations & Media Manager Jaina French. “Tripepi Smith’s contributions have been integral to the success of our State of the City reports. The 2023 State of the City report, released in February 2024, provides a comprehensive overview of Napa City Council’s priorities and accomplishments across the City’s core services. It spotlights achievements and future strategies in key areas such as housing and homelessness, urban planning, environmental sustainability, infrastructure improvement and workforce empowerment.
