City of Morro Bay Selects Fire Chief with Support from TS Talent Solutions
Following a comprehensive recruitment process, Tripepi Smith Talent Solutions (TSTS) has successfully helped the City of Morro Bay place Daniel McCrain as its next Fire Chief.
“Chief McCrain is truly a great fit for our organization and I’m thrilled to have him lead our team of first responders into the future,” said Morro Bay City Manager Scott Collins. “From the start, we made it clear to Bob and the team that there were many stakeholders with important input and opinions that had to be considered when hiring for this position. Chief McCrain was ultimately offered the position due to his breadth of knowledge, training experience and tenure within the Emergency Services field. He comes to Morro Bay from the Cambria Community Services District Fire Department where he most recently served as Fire Captain/Paramedic. He is also an instructor at Cuesta College, educating future paramedics and EMTs.
