Kayla Cao Joins Team Tripepi Smith
The Tripepi Smith team continues to grow with the arrival of Junior Business Analyst Kayla Cao on January 24, 2022.

Kayla is a graduate of Biola University, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism with an emphasis in Writing and Publishing. During her time at Biola, Kayla developed her writing and leadership skills as section editor and staff writer of the university newspaper, The Chimes. She also held marketing internships at Biola University’s Center for Marriage and Relationships and the Make-A-Wish Foundation. Holding a Level 1 CrossFit Certificate, she also practiced her leadership abilities as she led classes for Biola’s cross-training fitness club. Prior to joining Tripepi Smith, Kayla was a marketing professional for Mark 1 Mortgage where she focused on content creation, copyediting and social media.
