Costa Mesa Sanitary District Taps Tripepi Smith for Continued SB 1383 Support
On July 10, 2023, the Costa Mesa Sanitary District (CMSD) entered into an agreement with Tripepi Smith for a second year of SB 1383 education and outreach. Through this agreement, Tripepi Smith will produce town-hall-style meetings, PSA videos, stock photography, mailers, cart tags, social media and more.
“Strategic outreach and continued community education is key to CMSD’s plans to roll out a new three-cart curbside collection program, in compliance with SB 1383,” said CMSD General Manager Scott Carroll. “ Tripepi Smith’s support is invaluable when it comes to sharing program information with our customers, and we are grateful for their ongoing partnership!”
Delivering SB 1383 outreach support to CMSD was one of Tripepi’s first ventures into organics recycling communication services. Since then, Tripepi Smith has advanced SB 1383 education and outreach in numerous cities such as Orange, Lomita, and Yucca Valley. As jurisdictions continue to implement SB 1383 requirements, Tripepi Smith offers a proven approach for informing key stakeholders and driving necessary behavior changes.
