CalChoice Taps Tripepi Smith for All-Member Meeting Event Preparation
Tripepi Smith Senior Business Analyst Karen Villaseñor and Junior Business Analyst Olivia Rizzuto will be in attendance at the California Choice Energy Authority (CalChoice) All-Member Meeting in Santa Barbara from November 1-3, 2023. Photographer Devin Antonio will also be at the event to capture photos.
The annual meeting allows CalChoice’s eight associate member community choice aggregators (CCA) to discuss program opportunities and milestones, as well as regulatory and legislative updates that will impact the sector.
Impressed with the support Tripepi Smith provided for last year’s meeting, CalChoice engaged Tripepi Smith for a second time in 2023 to assist with event preparation.
“We cannot thank Tripepi Smith enough for their support in preparing for this event,” said CalChoice Energy Programs Manager Kathy Wells. “Their ongoing proactiveness and excellent work in product design and logistics tracking have been, and will remain, greatly appreciated as our partnership continues.”
The Tripepi Smith team took the lead on a range of design projects, including:
- A welcome sign
- An event itinerary
- Table tents
- Sponsor support signs
- Customized name badges
- Branded attendee gifts (Yeti Mugs, stemless wine glasses, notebooks, sunglasses, lanyards)
In addition, they led coordination efforts, which involved:
- Tracking attendee RSVPs and hotel bookings
- Creating an informative webpage with all event details
- Executing promotional news articles and email marketing campaigns
Business Analyst Charlie Mounts led the effort with support from Senior Business Analyst Karen Villaseñor, Graphic Designer Thomas Cummings, and Junior Business Analyst Olivia Rizzuto.
“This project showcased the full spectrum of Tripepi Smith’s capabilities and services,” said Karen. “It’s always a pleasure to collaborate with CalChoice, and I can’t wait to see our work come together at the upcoming event. I enjoyed last year’s informative meeting and look forward to learning more about CCA updates and insights, as well as connecting with our various CCA clients.”
Tripepi Smith is proud to partner with CalChoice and its associate members to work towards providing renewable energy options to communities in California.
