Cailyn Thompson Joins Team Tripepi Smith
Tripepi Smith continues to grow with the addition of Junior Business Analyst Cailyn Thompson.

Cailyn attended St. John’s University where she earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Sport Management with a minor in Business Administration and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Strategic Management. While pursuing her BS, Cailyn worked on-campus as an intern for Athletic Events and Programming and Athletic Equipment Operations. In these roles, she further developed her communication, collaboration, organization and event management skills.
While working toward her MBA, Cailyn worked as a Graduate Assistant for her university’s Athletic Administration where she exercised her leadership and project management skills by implementing new programs that would serve over 300 student-athletes daily, planning for large events, like the NYC Soccer Gala, and assisting with Division I game operations.
Cailyn’s love for local government sparked while working as a Recreation Leader and Day Camp Director for the City of Cypress. As a program lead, she had the opportunity to learn more about the inner workings of local government.
