Santa Clarita Valley Water Agency (“SCV Water”) – Quarterly Engagement Report

Santa Clarita Water Valley Agency (“SCV Water”) engaged Tripepi Smith in 2019 for social media outreach and marketing services. As a part of the initial engagement, Tripepi Smith audited and improved its social media policy and social media plan, crafting processes that support and enhance the District’s purpose for using Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube and Pinterest. Additionally, our team generated up to three unique social media posts per week and provided quarterly dashboard reports tracking metrics on audience growth, reach, impressions, engagement, website traffic and more. City of Lomita – Web, Video & More

The City of Lomita engaged Tripepi Smith in 2016 to address public concern about the City’s water quality. Our team collaborated with city staff to create LomitaWater.com, a website that continues to be updated with water quality reports and other news to ensure residents have accurate information about water quality in the City. The City has also enlisted Tripepi Smith’s support promoting programs to facilitate transparency about water quality in the City, including the Lomita Water Infrastructure Tour Program, which gave the public first-hand knowledge of the Lomita Water System as well as planning upgrades and Cypress Water Production tours, during which 95 members of the public participated and express appreciation to present senior staff for the City’s transparency and accessibility. Tripepi Smith also created and launched new communication initiatives including explainer videos about the Lomita Water System and the Granular Activated Carbon project, water bill inserts, email news alerts informing residents of www.LomitaWater.com updates, and a first-of-its-kind digital Lomita Water Consumer Confidence Report.
