TS Creates Graphics for the City of Aliso Viejo

Tripepi Smith talent has delivered new visual assets supporting an economic development project in the City of Aliso Viejo. Team members Kevin Bostwick and Bria Balliet worked closely with City staff to generate materials and stock photography that explain the City’s vision for redesigning the pedestrian experience in the Town Center.
“Tripepi Smith delivered exactly as promised and generated some excellent design ideas and infographics in the course of partnering with us,” said Jennifer Lowe, Senior Planner/Economic Development Officer for the City of Aliso Viejo, “We knew we needed professional visuals to present and explain a complex economic development situation, and the results should help Aliso Viejo in this project.”
Kevin, Tripepi Smith’s art director, created a detailed pitchbook including layered maps and aerial mock-ups to illustrate the City’s redevelopment vision to transform a main shopping center into a walkable retail and entertainment experience. The pitchbook was created for printing but was delivered as a PowerPoint to be easily updatable by City staff, and a matching, specialty folder was created to deliver the pitchbook and a USB. Bria, senior business analyst, visited the site to capture photographs that contextualize the planned improvements and showcase the City’s character.
