The following is a compilation of example videos that provide some ideas on what kind of video cities should be producing in response to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Remember: Video wins the day. Especially at this time when so many are starved for connection, a brief video snippet is an opportunity to forge a connection with your community. We encourage our city leaders, be it council members, city managers or staff working in emergency management, to brave the camera to reach your residents.
PRO TIP: While on camera, be sure to exhibit your leadership by setting an example: wear a mask and stand six feet apart if filming among others. Also, use the opportunity to remind folks of other safety practices and city resources.
