Tripepi Smith Provides City of Washougal with Communications Assessment
With the goal of strengthening communication and engagement with its community, the City of Washougal, WA commissioned Tripepi Smith to evaluate the City’s current processes and tools used for communicating with its residents.

They interviewed staff and the Mayor, analyzed communications tools and platforms and delivered a report with a full analysis, including recommendations and actionable steps to improve the City’s outreach efforts.
