CCCAMarking its fifth year in a row attending the California Contract Cities Association (CCCA) Fall Conference, Tripepi Smith joined city leaders in Dana Point for a weekend of policy ideation and panel discussions. TSA President Ryder Todd Smith represented the firm. Tripepi Smith is a strong supporter of California Contract Cities Association as a Gold Level sponsor of the organization.

CCCA is a collection of member cities united for a common cause to support the contracting model for local government services delivery. Born in 1958 as the direct result of the “Lakewood Plan”, CCCA has grown from eight member cities to 70 member cities today with more than 7 million residents. CCCA serves as a rallying point for cities contracting for municipal services to ensure constituents the best services at the minimum cost. Through municipal seminars, education, exchange of ideas and information, CCCA combines resources to influence policy decisions affecting member cities.

In addition to participating in the conference, Kjerstin Nichter of Tripepi Smith took photos to memorialize the event. See pictures here.

RTS@CCCAFallTripepi Smith staff routinely participate in local government conferences to stay abreast of policy trends and issues impacting local governments. This knowledge enables the firm to better serve the public agencies, non-profits and private companies served by Tripepi Smith.

The CCCA Fall Conferences capped a busy conferences season for Tripepi Smith that included the California Utility Executive Management Association Leadership Conference, the International City/County Managers Association Annual Conference, the League of California Cities Annual Conference, the Municipal Information Systems Association of California Annual Conference, the Municipal Management Association of Northern California Annual Conference and the Municipal Management Association of Southern California Annual Conference.
