Tripepi Smith Launches Local Information Network of Knowledge (LINK)
Tripepi Smith is excited to announce the launch of its new community forum Local Information Network of Knowledge (LINK). Tripepi Smith created LINK to streamline information sharing between agencies and staff. Unlike a standard ListServ, it archives and centralizes all shared content and is moderated by actual humans to ensure the information is relevant and up-to-date. On the LINK platform, you will find write-ups and examples of local government policies, special projects, public programs, staff reports, RFPs and more.
Tripepi Smith President Ryder Todd Smith stated, “Here at Tripepi Smith, we possess a mentality of always be innovating, which is what makes LINK so special. Being a private firm, we can take innovation risks and experiment in ways that local governments often can’t. Seeing a need for accurate, relevant and reliable information, we decided to bridge the gap through the creation of LINK.”
LINK is more than an information hub – it is also a place of connection. The community forum encourages members to ask questions and showcase their brilliance by sharing their own staff reports, program tactics and general insights.
LINK was ideated and developed by several members of the Tripepi Smith team, led by Senior Business Analyst Sydni Overly. Junior Website Developer Max Weirauch played a crucial role in building and customizing the platform.
Max expressed, “Creating and actively working on the website for LINK has been an exciting journey. Seeing what the LINK platform has become with everyone’s hard work is very rewarding.”
For a limited time only, you can create a free LINK account right now by clicking “Sign Up” in the top right corner of the website. Any local government professionals are welcome to sign up for free (using a government email address) using the discount code TSVIP2024.
“We are so excited to share LINK with our local government network in California. Creating LINK has been such a collaborative process, and I couldn’t be more proud of the platform that we brought to life,” said Sydni. “We hope LINK will prove to be a key resource and encourage everyone in local government to sign up, engage and share their knowledge!”
