Team TS to Attend the MMANC Annual Conference
President Ryder Todd Smith, Business Analysts Sydni Overly, Kaetlyn Hernandez and Kylie Benzing and Junior Business Analysts Melanie Moore and Amanda Avery will be in attendance at the 2022 Municipal Management Association of Northern California (MMANC) Annual Conference in Monterey, CA from October 26-28.
The Tripepi Smith team will not only participate in the conference as attendees, but Ryder will lead the “Rumor Has It: Tools for Dispelling Social Media Misinformation” session on Thursday, October 27 from 9:15-10:15 AM. Tripepi Smith will also join California JPIA and Climatec as the sponsors of the Beach Bash Dinner and Reception.
“I’ve had the opportunity to attend MMANC’s Annual Conference, both as a guest and as a presenter, almost every year since 2014,” said Ryder. “This conference is an awesome chance for Tripepi Smith to spend time with our clients up north and continue to build relationships with local government leaders.”
This year’s conference theme is “Rooted in Resilience” and will feature networking events and presentations on topics such as police reform, climate policy, public engagement, building resilience and more.
“I am thrilled to be attending the MMANC Annual Conference this year!” said Melanie. “As a bay area native, I love connecting face-to-face with the local cities that I work with. After attending the MMANC Summer Symposium earlier this year, I am eager to hear more about what local government experts have to share on resilience.”
Tripepi Smith is a Platinum Partner and has been supporting MMANC for the past nine years. The Tripepi Smith team has assisted the association with video production, graphic design and the recent redesign of their website.
