TS Delivers Communications Assessment to Town of Windsor
On October 19, 2017, Tripepi Smith submitted a Communications Assessment report to the Town of Windsor. The report is an expansive audit of the Town’s departmental communications efforts, including staff methodology, platforms used, challenges and Tripepi Smith’s recommendations to improve the impact of communications.
“The Communications Assessment Tripepi Smith provided gave us a detailed appraisal of the transparency and quality of our communications. We have already taken action on some of their team’s recommendations to improve our processes and tactics,” said John Jansons, Windsor’s Town Manager. “The report has activated us to improve our strategic approach to communications, and the process has strengthened our staff’s ability to better serve our community.”
Findings for the report were primarily collected during a three-day onsite visit to Windsor. During their trip, President Ryder Todd Smith, Senior Business Analyst Jon Barilone and Junior Business Analyst Saara Lampwalla conducted 36 interviews with Town Council members, Town Staff, longtime residents and other influential community members.
