Tripepi Smith Empowers CalChoice Customers with Engaging Joint Rate Comparison Mailers
In June 2024, the California Choice Energy Authority (CalChoice) called upon Tripepi Smith to design and execute the distribution of its annual joint rate comparison (JRC) mailers.

Led by Business Analyst Charlie Mounts with creative support from Junior Graphic Designer Jenna Haubruge and assistance from Business Analyst Melanie Moore and Junior Business Analyst Olivia Rizzuto, the project included both content development and design creation. The team not only created the product, but also fact-checked data to develop three distinct mailers for residential, commercial and CARE customers. The mailers served seven of CalChoice’s associate members: Lancaster Energy, Santa Barbara Clean Energy, Energy for Palmdale’s Independent Choice, San Jacinto Power, Pico Rivera Innovative Municipal Energy, Rancho Mirage Energy Authority and Pomona Choice Energy.
