Tripepi Smith Guides Firm Though SSAE 16 SOC Type II Audit
HOTB Software Solutions has engaged Tripepi Smith on a long term contract to supplement and support their security infrastructure and operations. HOTB Software Solutions was informed by their auditor that they successfully completed their SSAE 16 SOC Type II Audit. The audit reaffirms that HOTB Software Solutions is generally adhering to the security policies it has outlined support the protection of data.
Tripepi Smith was responsible for drafting the security policies, educating management on the policies and training staff per requirements in the policies. Tripepi Smith then managed the audit engagement and ensured the auditors were provided with quick access to required information prior to coming onsite and again while they were onsite.
The audit was completed by Brightline, a firm based on Florida.
