Tripepi Smith Grows with the Addition of Saara Lampwalla
Saara Lampwalla has joined the team at Tripepi Smith as a Junior Business Analyst. Tripepi Smith’s rapid growth with clients has driven the need to add talent. Saara’s role will be to support several client accounts and team members with specific work on logistics, content development, and project tracking. With the addition of Saara, Tripepi Smith now has 11 full-time team members in addition to several contractors who help round out the talent pool.

Saara is an alumna of California State Polytechnic University, Pomona, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Communication, with an emphasis in Public Relations as well as minors in Marketing Management, Journalism, and Philosophy.
She previously worked in education as a marketing communications coordinator for a private school. She was responsible for increasing brand awareness through collateral generation, social media management, and coalition building. Saara had former roles, including as an intern for Southern California Edison and a marketing assistant for Cal Poly Pomona that allowed her to flex and strengthen her writing, graphic design, and leadership skills.
