Sydni Overly Promoted to Senior Business Analyst
Tripepi Smith is pleased to announce the promotion of Sydni Overly to Senior Business Analyst, effective December 1, 2022. Sydni’s promotion is a result of her strong project management skills, commitment to clients and growing leadership role at the firm.

Sydni earned a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Boston University and a Master in Public Administration from California State University, Long Beach. She has held multiple positions in the Recreation and Human Services Department and the City Manager’s Office for the City of Gardena, where she gained extensive experience in program management, emergency management, community outreach and content creation.
Sydni joined Tripepi Smith in May 2021 and manages a wide range of projects. She has been a major contributor for city clients, including the City of Grover Beach, City of La Verne, City of Santa Paula, City of Rohnert Park, City of San Clemente and City of San Luis Obispo.
In addition to her regular client work, Sydni has taken on the role as the team’s Sprout Social expert and continues to serve as Tripepi Smith’s liaison with Sprout Social. She was instrumental in the firm’s organizational shift to the platform and also led the implementation of Tripepi Smith’s new dashboard report.
