CCMF supports excellence in the city management profession and Tripepi Smith recognizes and values the importance of strong and effective city manager leaders. Operating a city in California is harder than most states with a heavy regulatory burden placed on each city by state and regional organizations. Significant professional knowledge and experience is required to lead a city today, and CCMF helps city managers achieve and maintain those skills through educational programming, original content development and professional networking.
