- Also from YouTube is the addition of “Add Yours” stickers within Shorts. Users will be able to join the conversation by adding their own thoughts to Shorts clips.
- Meta is making changes to its Marketing API, notably giving advertisers the option to distribute “reminder ads” to audiences. If users opt in, they will be able to receive reminders for upcoming events both in-feed and within Reels.
- Instagram is rolling out new direct message (DM) options. Users can begin to see drawing tools and stickers, animations and expanded chat themes in their inboxes. These updates allow users to further customize their DMs.
- LinkedIn has launched in-feed carousels for all users. This new feature showcases wide video displays within the LinkedIn timeline, allowing for a more pleasant video viewing experience.
