Skyler Addison Promoted to Senior Business Analyst
Tripepi Smith is proud to announce Skyler Addison’s promotion to Senior Business Analyst, effective March 3, 2025.

Skyler graduated Cum Laude from Claremont McKenna College (CMC) with a degree in Government and Literature in 2021. Shortly after, she joined Tripepi Smith with a background in technical writing and communication, which helped her excel in long-form writing including strategic communications, state of the city speechwriting, budget at a glance reports, crisis communications work and communications assessments. She oversees content development for social media and website updates as well as collaborates with the TS Graphic Design team to produce flyers, postcards and any other design collateral needed for her accounts. In her time at the firm, Skyler has developed expertise in serving city clients, providing them with strategic communications advice.
