Tripepi Smith has promoted Junior Business Analyst Sara Madsen to Business Analyst effective January 1, 2021. Sara has brought an array of skills to the team since joining the firm in 2018, including graphic design, writing and website development. Her promotion is a reflection of the consistent positive feedback Tripepi Smith has received from clients as well as how her teammates have touted her willingness to always deliver and be a trusted teammate.

“I am proud of Sara and all she has accomplished so far at Tripepi Smith. She joined our team while she was still in college, but I could tell she was already career-focused and mission-driven in her work, particularly around environmental matters. We have made an effort to engage her in that subject area, and she has thrived here,” observed Nicole D. Smith, chief financial officer and co-founder at Tripepi Smith. “Sara may be early in her career, but her focus and personality reflect an old-soul wisdom that our clients love and her teammates benefit from. It is exciting to see her advancing her career at Tripepi Smith.”

Sara’s work at Tripepi Smith has been diverse. She has handled day-to-day activities for City of Lomita and City of Paramount on environmental matters, she led the website development processes for Clean Energy Alliance and Pomona Choice Energy, generated dozens of internal graphic design assets for Tripepi Smith marketing and she had taken a leadership role on accounts like Civiltec Engineering and Santa Clarita Valley Water. Clients have consistently recognized her work as efficient, well-organized and reflecting thoughtful design.

“When I graduated college I knew I wanted to remain connected to my personal passions of design and the environment. Tripepi Smith was recommended to me by a close friend, and I am certainly grateful. My work here is exciting, and I feel a purpose each day. Equally important, I am constantly learning and it is clear that Tripepi Smith views successful careers requiring lifelong learning,” shared Sara. “Tripepi Smith has an amazing team of people, and I am honored to be promoted and excited to see where my future unfolds here at the firm.”
