Saara Lampwalla Promoted to Senior Business Analyst
Tripepi Smith is pleased to announce the promotion of Saara Lampwalla to Senior Business Analyst. Saara’s promotion is a result of her diligent effort to grow her skills and consistently deliver positive results for Tripepi Smith clients. Tripepi Smith has doubled its revenue and the size of the team in the last two years, and Saara’s consistent execution and institutional knowledge have been critical assets during this dynamic period.

Saara joined the Tripepi Smith team in 2017 as a recent graduate from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona (Cal Poly Pomona). She worked directly with Ryder on Tripepi Smith’s marketing, helping elevate the firm’s online presence and managing industry partnerships. That work placed Saara in a critical position to develop relationships with associations and local government leaders that led to her extensive work in business development. Her current client work includes the City of Culver City, City of Duarte, City of Baldwin Park, City of Westlake Village, Climatec, HdL Companies, Trackdown Management and the Independent Cities Finance Authority. She also helps oversee Tripepi Smith’s local government news publication, PublicCEO, as Managing Editor. Saara has achieved several certifications in her career at Tripepi Smith including a Professional Certificate in Leading Smart Communities from Pepperdine’s School of Public Policy, Constant Contact, Hootsuite Social Marketing, Google Analytics and Hubspot Inbound Marketing. She has also completed the University of California, Irvine Public Policy Making Academy II.
