Saara Earns Google Analytics Certification

Business Analyst Saara Lampwalla joins her teammate, Karen Villaseñor, business analyst, in holding a certification in Google Analytics, demonstrating an ability to extract best uses of the industry-standard platform for tracking and reporting on website traffic from social media, referrals, email marketing and digital advertising.

Google Analytics offers data on key website metrics and visitor behavior. Saara’s certification ensures she can offer insights and advice into the content success, conversions, audience demographics, Google Ads integration, reporting to aid the success of an organization’s digital presence.

“Analytics provides a window to understanding what content–be it photos, articles, or just language in headlines–resonates with an audience, or in other words, works,” Saara commented. “I am excited to offer this insight and all the capabilities Analytics has to offer to Tripepi Smith and our clients. Google Analytics will be particularly useful as organizations rebound from COVID-19. Its data sheds light on opportunities to trim and optimize.”

Saara completed Google Analytics Academy courses in “Google Analytics for Beginners” and “Advanced Google Analytics” as well as a Udemy course on Google Analytics to prepare for the timed, 70-question Google Analytics Individual Qualification. All three courses consisted of video instruction and practice exams. Google Analytics Academy also offered guided tours to explore and provide hands-on experience with the tool.

Saara spent 20 hours familiarizing herself with Google Analytics’ interface, concepts and features. She has already begun implementing what she’s learned for Tripepi Smith-owned websites like that of Civic Business Journal, among others.
