President Ryder Todd Smith to Speak at CPRS Annual Conference
Tripepi Smith President Ryder Todd Smith will speak at the California Parks and Recreation Society (CPRS) Annual Conference, April 3-6 in San Diego.
On Tuesday, April 4, from 10:45 AM to 11:45 AM, Ryder will present his session, “Parks and Recreation Cheese Whiz: Leveraging Programming to Drive Community Engagement”. During his one-hour presentation, Ryder will show attendees how messaging can build trust within a community, the importance of cohesive communication across all agency departments and ways to utilize parks and recreation programming to generate community engagement.
“Having cohesive communications between different departments can be crucial to a public agency’s success,” said Ryder Todd Smith. “While parks and recreation departments often use social media accounts separate from their agency’s main page, it is important that each department works together to maximize opportunities for engagement and community trust.
