Personalizing Your Facebook Page Postings

It is important that your social media outreach work connects to your business relationships on a personal level; even if the basis the relationship is business. To that end, when posting on your Facebook page, there are times when you want to post as your company and times when you want to post as you personally. You have choices here, if you know the options available to you.

Within your Page settings is an option to disable the default assumption that when you post you will post as the Page (i.e. your company or organization). Instead, you have the option to, by default, post as your persona, or switch to using Facebook as your Page, as which point you can post as your page.

First, go here:

Then, go here and uncheck this box.

Finally, when you want to switch back to posting as your Page, switch the mode in which you are using Facebook here, right on your Facebook Page.
