LinkedIn Makes Consistent Branding Easier with Single Logo

  |   Insights   |   No comment

LinkedIn has recently made it easier for organizations using “Company Pages” to have consistent branding throughout the social network. Previously, Company Pages could utilize two different logos: a “standard logo” (100 x 60 pixels) and a “square logo” (50 x 50 pixels), each with a maximum file size of 2 MB. Now, in response to user demand, Company Pages will utilize a single logo, which can be as large as 400 x 400 pixels and a maximum file size of 4 MB. The same logo will now appear on your Company Page, Sponsored Updates, and LinkedIn ads.

If you choose not to update your LinkedIn Company Page logo, LinkedIn will add white padding around your current logo. Just know that LinkedIn no longer supports two kinds of logos. Optimizing your social media presence is a crucial part of communicating your brand. If you would like assistance with logo design or social media marketing, Tripepi Smith is here to help.
