Larkspur Finds Talent in Tripepi Smith
Tripepi Smith Business Analyst Shannon O’Hare is leaving the Firm. Shannon worked with such clients as the California City Management Foundation and the City of Livermore. She will be joining the City of Larkspur as the Assistant to the City Manager. During her time at Tripepi Smith, she was pivotal in developing Tripepi Smith’s Communications Assessments and worked with the cities of Livermore, Duarte, La Cañada Flintridge, Norwalk, Saratoga and Cupertino to expand and improve their communications.
“It’s always bittersweet to see talent leave, but I think it reflects positively on Tripepi Smith that we invest in people with the intellect and skills California cities are looking to recruit,” said Tripepi Smith President Ryder Todd Smith. “Shannon helped us lay the groundwork for a number of areas of expertise we specialize in now.
