Kaetlyn Hernandez Promoted to Business Analyst
Tripepi Smith is pleased to announce the promotion of Kaetlyn Hernandez to Business Analyst. Effective March 1, 2022, the promotion is a result of Kaetlyn’s substantial career growth, skills attainment and increased marketplace knowledge of the local government sector.
“Kaetlyn started with Tripepi Smith as an intern less than two years ago, and we quickly realized that Tripepi Smith needed to lock in Kaetlyn’s skills. We called upon Kaetlyn to take on the leadership of our marketing efforts at Tripepi Smith, and she has done an incredible job filling the immense shoes of her predecessor. She also had to serve the hardest client we have at the firm: me,” stated Tripepi Smith President Ryder Todd Smith. “Kaetlyn has grown her knowledge of local government and the key players in the sector significantly. We are all so proud to have her as a member of the team.”
Kaetlyn graduated from California State University, Fullerton (CSUF) with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Entertainment Arts with a minor in Public Relations. She developed her skills in leadership, event planning and marketing in her time at CSUF with on-campus experience in student government and several other clubs, and with off-campus internships with the Alzheimer’s Association and NBCUniversal. Her client work includes the City of Culver City, City of Indian Wells, Costa Mesa Sanitary District and California Contract Cities Association. Kaetlyn also heads up the marketing activities of Tripepi Smith including website content development and management, social media management, advertising strategy, conference planning, event management and more. Finally, she also achieved certification as a Constant Contact Solutions Provider and the Hootsuite Social Media Marketing Certification.
