Tripepi Smith has delivered a public safety announcement video for the City of Indian Wells as a part of the City’s push to boost its public safety partnership with the community. The work was completed as part of a broad, multi-year engagement that Tripepi Smith has with the City.

“Indian Wells places a high priority on public safety and we benefit from a strong relationship with the Riverside County Sheriff Department. A large part of crime prevention is having a public who takes steps to secure their neighborhoods and we commissioned this video to serve as  an ongoing training resource for our residents,” stated Chris Freeland, city manager of the City of Indian Wells. “Tripepi Smith continues to deliver high quality results that make an impact on our community. Our communication partnership with Tripepi Smith yields many benefits for our staff and community.”

The safety announcement was created to provide ways to prevent crime within the City. The video provided specific crime prevention safety tips for residential neighborhoods from Bryan Whitley and Oscar Gutierrez with the Special Enforcement Team.

“I’ve worked with Indian Wells on a number of video projects as the City increases open communication with their residents,” said Senior Business Analyst Cameron Grimm. “Indian Wells is a stunning location to film and working with their team is always a treat.”

Cameron Grimm led the project, guiding event logistics and video production. In a team effort, Tripepi Smith Business Analysts Saara Lampwalla and Skylar Hunter executed the production phase by capturing the video using professional equipment including a drone. Skylar also edited the footage.

“Indian Wells is a high-service community with residents who care deeply about public safety and emergency services. The City has made significant investments to deliver for its residents and Tripepi Smith is proud to highlight advancements made within cities, especially ones with a lasting impact like the public safety announcement,” said Tripepi Smith President Ryder Todd Smith. “It is always a pleasure to work with the City of Indian Wells.”
