TS Creates New Inland Empire Utilities Agency Website
Tripepi Smith has delivered another new website for the Inland Empire Utilities Agency (IUEA). The Orange County-based marketing-technology-public affairs firm first developed IEUA’s website in 2014.
The project kicked off in January 2019, and the Tripepi Smith team met with the IUEA Board of Directors to share initial design concepts in September 2019. Senior Business Analyst Melanie James built a user-friendly and accessible WordPress website with a modern design that translates on both mobile and desktop. The redesign features a homepage video that welcomes visitors to the site, a custom menu making it easier for users to find information, IEUA’s two educational blogs, custom tables featuring IEUA’s reports and agendas, easy-to-use online forms, Granicus integration and custom popups and landing pages for emergency communications.
After the website went live in early February, Melanie returned to the IEUA headquarters to train staff on maintaining the website.
“IEUA is always interested in doing more for ratepayers and improving their operations and programs.
