Tripepi Smith Welcomes Flor Porras as a Junior Business Analyst
Tripepi Smith welcomed Flor Porras as its newest Junior Business Analyst on June 15, 2025. With a background in marketing and communications, Flor is passionate about civic engagement and excited to contribute meaningful work alongside the team. She is also bilingual in Spanish.
“Joining Tripepi Smith is an exciting step in my career,” said Flor. “I am eager to apply my communications background to projects that make a meaningful impact in communities. Working with a team that values public service and storytelling is exactly the kind of work environment I aspired to join.”
Flor earned her Bachelor’s degree in Communications at California State University, Fullerton, where she gained hands-on experience in content creation, writing and community outreach. During her internship with the U.S. Department of Agriculture, she also became familiar with government policy and communication frameworks — skills she now brings to the public sector space.
“The team is excited to welcome Flor to Tripepi Smith. We are continuing to expand our team to nearly 80 people,” said President Ryder Todd Smith. “Her enthusiasm for content creation, genuine passion for public service and her native Spanish language skills will make her a valuable asset to benefit our clients.”
