Erickson-Hall Construction LogoWhen Erickson-Hall Construction Co. needed a new website to represent their brand, Tripepi Smith was on deck to help.

“A company’s website often serves as the first impression for potential clients,” said Rachael Gonzalez, Director of Marketing of Erickson-Hall Construction. “With that in mind, Tripepi Smith helped us design a site that prioritized a phenomenal user experience while properly representing our brand and company culture.”

Leading the project was Senior Business Analyst Peter Johnson, supported by Junior Website Developer Max Weirach, Junior Business Analyst Hannah Wedepohl and Director Melanie James in an advisory role.

The Tripepi Smith team leveraged its expertise in WordPress to design a modern, user-friendly website optimized for both desktop and mobile experiences. The project kicked off with collaborative planning sessions, where the teams worked together to map out the site structure, content strategy and key features. After working collaboratively to refine the site design, functionality and content, Erickson-Hall launched the website in January 2025.

The revamped website boasts several new features, including a streamlined bids portal for easier access to project opportunities, an enhanced projects page showcasing Erickson-Hall’s portfolio with integrated images and video content, and optimized navigation and mobile responsiveness for a smooth user experience across all devices.

“Designing this website was an exciting challenge,” said Max. “The Erickson-Hall team’s enthusiasm and collaboration made the process a joy and allowed us to craft a digital experience that truly reflects their brand.”

As part of the site launch, Tripepi Smith provided hands-on training for the Erickson-Hall team, equipping them with a comprehensive WordPress admin guide for ongoing website management.

The partnership continues, with Tripepi Smith handling press release updates, technical support and hosting services. Through this collaboration, Erickson-Hall Construction Co. now has a dynamic digital presence that supports its business goals while offering a seamless experience for visitors.
