Daly City Extends Contract for Third Year

  |   News   |   No comment

Tripepi Smith will continue to provide newsletter design, content development and publication services for Daly City under a renewed contract extending the partnership for a third consecutive year. The Daly News, delivered quarterly to every household in Daly City, is a central pillar of the City’s outreach to residents. Unlike digital outreach, the print publication reaches all residents – both online and offline – advancing the City’s goal to engage and inform.

Team Tripepi Smith is tied into the production process. Senior Business Analyst Melanie James heads creative direction as well as design and layout while Junior Business Analyst Bryn Miller crafts included stories. Director of Operations Katherine Griffiths also helped provide creative direction to kick-off the project. Finally, the team brings the process to completion by managing printing and distribution.

“We value our close collaboration with Tripepi Smith’s team to plan and create The Daly News,” Assistant City Manager Stephen Stolte, commented. “They are a great partner that we can rely on to deliver a quality product with a wealth of timely information. We know our residents appreciate our well designed newsletter.”

Tripepi Smith also produces print and e-newsletters for  the City of La Cañada Flintridge, the City of Grover Beach and the City of Indian Wells.

“Producing The Daly News has become a seamless process for our team thanks to city staff,” said Melanie. “Tripepi Smith is uniquely positioned to help local governments communicate effectively with their residents, and print newsletters remain a strong means of doing just that.”
