Cailyn Thompson Promoted to Business Analyst
Tripepi Smith is pleased to announce Cailyn Thompson has been promoted to Business Analyst, effective January 3, 2023. Cailyn’s promotion is a reflection of her adaptability, excellent teamwork and strong work ethic.

Since joining Tripepi Smith in September of 2021, Cailyn has proven to be an invaluable asset to the team. She has been a major contributor on city clients such as the City of La Cañada Flintridge, City of Hercules, City of Baldwin Park, City of Tracy and City of Jurupa Valley. Cailyn has also produced work for the California Association for Local Economic Development (CALED), City of Carson, City of Fontana, City of Pinole and City of Renton.
Along with her normal client work, Cailyn has taken on the role of the team’s new Facebook/Meta expert. She is a certified Facebook Digital Marketing Associate and Facebook Creative Strategy Professional. Her knowledge and skills enable her to assist clients and her teammates with Facebook tasks.
Cailyn is a graduate of St. John’s University where she earned a Bachelor’s degree in Sport Management with a minor in Business Administration and a Master of Business Administration degree in Strategic Management.
